In addition to registration, we also acquire the required surety bonds and file requisite forms and filing fees to New York and Florida. After the promotion has ended and the prizes have been awarded, we then submit a list of confirmed winners to all the required states to satisfy reporting requirements.
Our experience with the state laws and requirements for promotions guarantees that your promotion will meet all the registration requirements before it begins. By filling out the state registration forms and acquiring the surety bonds on time, we remove any confusion or problems you might have if you were to try to complete these steps yourself and avoid hefty state fines.
