PROMOTION TITLE Last Man Standing Sweepstakes


OVERVIEW This sweepstakes promoted the hit Fox show Last Man Standing and also incentivized store visits to Dick’s Sporting Goods. Entrants took selfies with a Last Man Standing standee located in participating Dick’s Sporting Goods and then either uploaded the photo to a dedicated microsite or posted to their personal Instagram feed with the hashtag #LastmanstandingSweepstakes. There were 500 prize winners each of whom received a $100 Dick’s Sporting Goods gift card.

PROMOTION SUMMARY This sweepstakes not only created visibility for the TV show in-store and on social media, but it drove traffic to the retailer. The gift card prizes also served to drive traffic and generate sales for Dick’s Sporting Goods.

OVERVIEW With the 2020 Kentucky Derby postponed, Churchill Downs provided exciting and fun content for their fans by running a virtual horse race pitting the 13 Triple Crown winners against one another. The entrants that correctly picked the winner (Secretariat) were entered into a drawing for a VIP Kentucky Derby Experience.

PROMOTION TITLE Raw-Ality Family Adventure Story Contest


OVERVIEW Consumers were invited to submit a story of 1,000 characters or less that explained why it’s important for restaurants, coffee shops, hotels and other establishments to offer Sugar In The Raw or Stevia In The Raw sweetener. Promotion Activators then convened a panel of expert judges to review the entries and determine 1 Grand Prize winner and 10 First Prize winners. The Grand Prize winner received his/her choice of a $3,500 gift card to a local Trek bike dealer or $3,500 cash plus a GoPro camera, $500 lululemon gift card, and a $500 REI gift card. Each First Prize winner received their choice of a GoPro camera, a $500 lululemon gift card, or a $500 REI gift card.

School administrators and foodservice directors were invited to submit short essays on behalf of their schools detailing what they would like to grow in their school’s garden. As a sponsor of the U.S. Olympic Team, the sponsor offered the winning school a prize consisting of $15,000 cash to help build their garden plus a visit from a Team USA athlete to teach students about the importance of a healthy diet and exercise.
